What states does Crew service?
Our trash to curb service covers select cities within Arizona, Utah, Tennessee, Texas, Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Oregon and South Carolina. We offer on-demand trash pickup and are expanding rapidly into North Carolina (Coming Soon), Las Vegas (Coming Soon), and Michigan (Coming Soon). Please email support@crewhomeapp.com if you have questions about a specific city or need emergency trash removal.
What if my trash/recycle schedule changes?
If your trash or recycling schedule changes, simply let us know by reaching out to support@crewhomeapp.com or contacting your local operations concierge number given during onboarding. . We’ll adjust your service to align with the new schedule to ensure uninterrupted convenience
When does my service start?
Your trash can to curb service will begin one week after you sign up for the Starter plan. If you choose our Premium plan, your service can start as soon as the very next day. We’re committed to providing fast, reliable service so you never miss trash day!
Can I Pause or Cancel my subscription?
Unlike competing services that require 30 days or even 90 days notice, Crew lets you cancel your service at anytime without penalty.
