3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:

b. Provide accurate and complete information when registering for our services.

4. Service Agreement
By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following: Crew will access your property to perform the agreed-upon services. You will ensure that your trash cans are accessible and not obstructed. You will notify Crew of any changes to your trash collection schedule or property access.
5. Payment and Fees
You agree to pay all applicable fees for our services as outlined at the time of subscription. Payments are due in advance of the service period and are non-refundable. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and electronic transfers.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting Crew customer support. However, no refunds will be issued for unused services. Crew reserves the right to terminate your service if you violate these Terms or fail to make timely payments.
7. Liability and Disclaimer
Crew will perform its services with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Crew is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services, except as required by law.
